We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging) merchandise, excluding opened jocks, groin
protectors, mouth guards and videos within 7 days of your receipt of the items. If a replacement is desired you are responsible for shipping the package back to us. Custom and rush orders are limited to
a 3 day return policy.
Simply call or email informing us that you wish to exchange or refund your item/order.
Product packaging
must be returned intact and the product's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.
Please insure all returns. Upon receipt of items for return, your account will be credited for the purchase price only or the exchange will be processed and shipped. Shipping costs are
non-refundable
