Foam Escrima Stick measures 26" long with a 1 1/4" diameter. A hollow plastic core is covered with 1/4" black foam. A printed gold dragon is centered on the escrima. Great for escrima stick sparring. Sold separately.

Overall

I of course had to buy two of these, they are nice, and I love the dragon on the front of the sparring stick. They are of quality and exciting to try when training with them, the foam makes them why I love them so much. My husband and I show off our skills whenever we can.

Overall

Had these recommended by a friend for an inexpensive way to train. They work way better then expected. They still let you know when you get hit, but no more bruises.
