Overall

Once you have trained with Sai and dropped on on your foot, you'll know how much you need these rubber Sais to practice advance control. Not just that, but the mat at our Dojo were getting a lot of wholes due to students dropping their metal Sais.

It is because of this, I recommended to our sensei to buy a bunch of these and they have been working out great for beginners and those more experienced working on advanced drills
