Double End Striking Ball is suspended at shoulder level to practice your timing and accuracy. The Vinyl Double End Striking Ball fastens to the ceiling with a heavy sash rope and to the floor with a thick elastic shock cord. Sewn-in and reinforced steel rings attach the cords to the ball.

Overall

Bought to increase my speed and agility for boxing. We had one of these in my gym and they make a great workout. Easy to set up and great for training.
